How we rank: for every set we simulate the damage both ways against each of Red's six (Gen 3 formula, level 100, the exact posted stats), check who moves first and who wins the one-on-one trade. The score is the number of Red Pokémon it beats plus its average damage margin, so a set that wins comfortably ranks above one that scrapes by. Type immunities like Levitate and Volt Absorb are counted. It is a guide, not a guarantee — crits, status and Red's choices still decide close games.
